About NAITCO

An independent trading house

NAITCO is an independent steel trader headquartered in London. Sourcing directly from mills across the EU, Turkey and the Far East, we deliver to contractors building pipelines, ships, railways and heavy infrastructure — wherever in the world their projects take them.

At NAITCO, reliability is engineered, documented and delivered. The buyer wants certainty that the steel arriving matches the certificate it travels with — the right grade, the right heat, fully traceable from melt to delivery. NAITCO sits in the middle of that exchange: reviewing mill certificates, organising third-party inspection where required, booking freight, and tracking the consignment until it clears and arrives on time.

What we trade

Structural sections, plates, profiles
Beams (HEA, HEB, IPE, UPN), angles, plates and base plates for bridges, industrial buildings, port structures and energy facilities. Structural grades to EN 10025 — S235JR, S275JR, S355J2, S355K2 — and higher-strength S420/S460; ASTM A36, A572 Gr 50 and A992 where North American specifications apply. Pressure vessel plate to EN 10028 (P265GH, P355GH, 16Mo3) and ASME SA516 Gr 60/70. EN 10204 3.1 certificates as a baseline, 3.2 on request.
Tubular — OCTG, line pipe, hollow sections
Line pipe for oil, gas and water transmission; OCTG for drilling and completion; hollow sections for structural frames and jackets. API 5L Gr B to X70 (PSL1/PSL2), API 5CT casing and tubing, seamless carbon pipe to ASTM A106 Gr B / A53, alloy pipe to ASTM A335 (P11, P22, P91), stainless seamless to EN 10216-5 and ASTM A312 (TP304L, TP316L). Hollow sections to EN 10210 (hot finished) and EN 10219 (cold formed); ASTM A500 on request.
Flat-rolled
Hot rolled coil (HRC), cold rolled (CRC), hot-dip galvanised (HDG), pickled & oiled and coated coil for tank and vessel fabrication, profiling, tube making and general manufacturing. Grades to EN 10025, EN 10111 (DD11–DD14), EN 10130 (DC01–DC04) and EN 10346 (DX51D+Z and above). Sourced almost entirely from European mills with which we have a working relationship.
Railway steel
Rail to EN 13674 and UIC 860 (R200, R260, R350HT), crane rail to DIN 536 (A45–A150) and MRS profiles — for mainline, heavy-haul and industrial track, from national networks to port and crane rail installations. Fishplates, sleepers and fastening systems on request.
Specialty alloys
For refineries, petrochemical plants and offshore projects: stainless and duplex seamless pipe, forged flanges and fittings to ASTM A182 (F304L, F316L, F51) and A105 / A350 LF2, low-alloy and tooling steel, nickel alloys (Inconel 625, Monel), and DNV-approved heat-exchanger forgings. Sour service compliance to NACE MR0175 / ISO 15156 where specified.
Bespoke
When the data sheet doesn't match a catalogue — custom grades, geometries, inspection regimes and certification packages, developed with the mill against the project specification. Most of our work lives here.

How we work

An enquiry moves through five stages. Each one produces a document, and every document travels with the cargo.

  1. 01

    Pre-quote technical alignment

Every enquiry starts with the specification, not the price. We look closely at everything — grades, dimensions, tolerances, testing and certification requirements, including your own standards and project data sheets. If anything is unclear, we flag it before we quote, not after we ship.

  2. 02

    Vetted sourcing

We match every requirement with the right mill or stockholder from our global network. Every supplier in our circle is thoroughly vetted and regularly re-evaluated to maintain the highest standards.

  3. 03

    Inspection and certification

Nothing leaves the facility without proper certification. Standard deliverables include EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificates, with PMI, hydrostatic testing and dimensional reports provided per your project specification. Third-party inspection is at your discretion — you select the agency (TÜV, SGS, Bureau Veritas, Lloyd's), ensuring unbiased oversight.

  4. 04

    Logistics and delivery

We book the freight, manage customs and documentation, and track every consignment in line with the agreed Incoterms. Delivery dates are commitments, not estimates.

  5. 05

    After delivery

Our service doesn't end at the discharge port. Documentation support, claims handling and technical follow-up continue until the customer closes the file.
